John 3:16-21

Jesus is our answer, our solution, our Savior. The beautiful redemptive story of Jesus is for every person to hear because it was done for every person. There are some that choose to not believe, but Jesus died just as much for them as He did for those that do believe. There has yet to be a person who has walked this earth that Jesus hasn’t died for. Once we grasp this, it’s easier to love others in the way that Jesus desires us to. To love them as if they are worth dying for - because they are.

Jesus died for everyone, including someone you might consider an enemy (Verse 16 says, “For this is how God loved the world…”). With this realization, how does it affect the way you treat particular people you would think of as “enemies”?

Does it change the way you feel about them knowing that Jesus took on their sins just as much as he took on yours?

God loves the whole world. He loves your neighbor, your family, you. He loves the world enough to save it. It’s a baffling concept. Take a moment to relax in the mystery of being cared for and loved.
