Pat, this sermon was awesome!. Blessed my heart in that I needed to be reminded again of what a faithful God we serve. September 9, 2009 was the worst day of my life but my God so very quickly showed me His love and that He was worthy of being trusted. Like you said, trials are given to us so that our relationship with our Savior can become deeper and more meaningful. Over and over during these 10 months God has shared through His Word to be content in whatever situation I put you in. I have definitely seen what He has meant by that. Many days were long and they were long because I chose not to pray, not to read His Word, not to listen BUT just as you said, He is working way behind all that to bring forth something I could never ever imagine. I haven't seen it all yet in this particular situation but I do believe and trust it will happen. I do know God showed me the real meaning of His Grace and His Power and that in itself is way more than I could imagine would happen in this hard time. I look forward to your next sermon from Habakkuk. I will pray for you as you listen to what He is telling you to share. Wow, I can see my dear brother smiling from one ear to the other as he tells his friends and loved ones in heaven, "that's my son that just preached that sermon". Love you, Nancy
